Charcuterie at Somer Valley Farms: Quality Meats, Local Sourcing, and Exquisite Flavours

Charcuterie, the art of preserving and enhancing the flavours of meat, has been practised for centuries. Whether it’s for casual gatherings or elegant soirées, it’s always sure to be a crowd pleaser. Which is why at Somer Valley Farms, we’re delighted to now be offering our handmade charcuterie in store.

What makes our charcuterie special?

Somer Valley Farms charcuterie is produced by our expert team at our Butcher’s shop.

The best products start with quality ingredients. Our pigs are sourced from Red Tractor assured farms near Frome or Mells, and our beef comes from our own grass fed, outdoor reared Somer Valley Herd. Using locally sourced, high-welfare meat ensures freshness and a better flavour in our final product - plus means you’re supporting local Farmers with every purchase.
