All using local ingredients including water from below the brewery, so you can enjoy your beer with peace of mind that you’re also supporting nearby farms and businesses.
Meet the Brewer
Born & bred in Bath, Chester has a background in retail, hospitality, beer production and brewing. Whilst travelling Australia and New Zealand, Chester learnt to brew on Waiheke Island before moving to Wanaka, becoming a full-time brewer for Rhyme X Reason Brewery. Now home, he is ready to break onto the craft beer market in the UK.
